St. Andrew's National School, Bray have been using the Flex SMS service for
almost two years. It is an extremely useful tool and saves the school a
large amount of money and timeas I can now send quick texts for
important messages instead of typing, printing and photocopying notes to put in
school bags. This also makes the delivery of messages far more reliable as
notes tend to get "lost" in schoolbags. Our PTA Committee, ECA
Committee and Board of Management can also access and use the system easily
as we were able to set up different user accounts as well as multiple group
accounts to send messages to small or large groups of parents.
While I have had some previously negative service experiences with other online
SMS providers, I have always found Flex to be reliable and the level of
customer care is very high. There is never a problem with
phoning or emailing for support and all queries are answered quickly and efficiently.
